In an informal masterclass, head chef Jai Parkinson will show you how to cook the perfect sirloin or 55-day-aged tomahawk, talk you through the various cuts of beef and the best cooking methods for each, and explain why Orange Elephant steaks are so succulent. Students will also learn a little about knife skills, meat preparation, the best charcoal to use and how to season to perfection. You’ll then cook and eat your steak, expertly paired with red and white wine by the restaurant’s sommelier.
