Michelin-starred chef Tom Kerridge will make his first foray into London, with the opening of Kerridge’s Bar & Grill at the Corinthia Hotel. The restaurant will consist of a relaxed brasserie-style dining room and bar, open all day.
The centrepiece of the dining area will be an eye-catching rotisserie bar, roasting large joints of meat as well as fish and vegetables in front of diners’ eyes. Fridges containing hanging meats from Kerridge’s own butcher, The Butcher’s Tap in Marlow, will adorn the walls, adding to the spectacle. Joined by his partner in Michelin-star-winning glory, head chef Nick Beardshaw, Kerridge is sure to be a big hit with Londoners.
