Just in time for summer, carpo has launched a new ice-cream range exclusively available at its Glasshouse Street flagship.
Available to take away or eat-in, customers can grab a scoop of delicious luxury ice-cream in flavours such as vanilla Madagascar, grand cru chocolate Greek pistachio, double espresso, and mango sorbet (v) teamed with classic carpo-style toppings from a selection of nuts, granola and nut pastes.
London-based epicureans won’t have to travel far to get their fix as the store, which specialises in handcrafted chocolate, handpicked nuts and aromatic coffee, is a stone’s throw from Piccadilly Circus – the perfect place to relax with ice-cream in hand. Set over two floors, the concept store features both an indoor and outdoor seating area that is open all year round.
The brand was founded more than 30 years ago in Athens, and at present boasts four brilliant locations across London, where it is currently celebrating its 10th anniversary in the city. The three others are situated in Hans Crescent and Montpelier Street in Knightsbridge, and Selfridges on Oxford Street. For those in the know, carpo is one of the most beloved chocolatiers in town, whose chocolate-coated hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios are not to be missed. It also has stores in Athens and the rest of mainland Greece, as well as in the prestigious Dubai Mall, one of the largest malls in the world.
