Other options include the Plum Negroni from Hawksmoor Manchester; Getaway Driver – a mix between a gimlet and martini – from Swift in Shoreditch; and the refreshing Corpse Reviver Highball from Bethnal Green’s Coupette made from Eight Lands Vodka, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, Green Chartreuse and lemon verbena tea. The cocktails are delivered in beautifully designed individual pouches and most just need chilling or pouring over ice.
