Harrods has unveiled the latest addition to its newly renovated designer womenswear floor: Agnona, an Italian luxury fashion and lifestyle brand. Marking the first UK opening under the leadership of CEO and creative director Stefano Aimone, the store reflects a new era for Agnona as it continues to expand and modernise its global presence.
Consciously designed by a team of architects, the space pays homage to the brand’s Italian heritage and uncompromising commitment to natural materials. In reference to Agnona’s signature black-and-white colour palette, the walls and flooring feature monochromatic “terrazzo alla Veneziana” flecked tiles made from the highest-quality marble. Upon entering, customers are greeted by a light-coloured wooden counter inspired by the historic crates traditionally used to transport premium wools across continents. Comprising simple shapes, subtle details and meticulous craftsmanship, the space is a fitting reflection of the brand.
Currently sitting seamlessly among the store’s sleek and glossy interior, the autumn/winter 2024 womenswear collection features a selection of minimalist cashmere garments in neutral tones. Across women’s, men’s and homeware Agnona effortlessly captures a purity of thought and form in a true expression of luxury.
